Hi there! I'm Demis Lipe, a Cuban born emergency physician!

I am a U.S. Army veteran and a seasoned ER physician who has made multiple transitions in her life. Ultimately, I  transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry after 10 years in the ED, and I should have done it sooner.  Now for the first time in the last decade I have enjoyed every holiday with my family, have slept in my bed every night, and have had time to drop off and pick up my kids from school every day!

I’m an expert in my field but I wouldn’t be where I am without those who've helped me along the way. That’s why I love connecting with like-minded people and using my passion and skills to make a difference.
